Simmer Sauce: Water, Organic Onion, Organic Tomato, Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Ginger, Organic Sugar, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Garam Masala, Salt, Organic Cumin Seeds, Vinegar, Organic Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves. Spice Cap: Organic Cumin, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Coriander, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Clove.
Directions
Chef's Tip: Garnish with fresh cream, dollop of butter and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with Basmati Rice or Buttery Naan. Easy to Cook: Simply add vegetable oil/butter diced chicken water. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 350 g of chicken and fry for 2-3 min, or until sealed. Add half of the contents of sauce and sprinkle over the contents of the spice cap and stir fry 1-2 min. Add the remaining sauce and water (if desired), simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked throughout. Storage Advice: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate.
