Vitamins And Minerals: Calcium Sulfate, Iron (ferric Orthophosphate), Vitamin E (alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Zinc Sulfate, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin D3.

Cooking Methods: Skillet: Pour desired amount of eggs into non-stick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir eggs gently. For filled omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. Microwave: Pour desired amount of eggs into a microwavable bowl. Cover. Cook on high (100%) power for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set but slightly moist. (Due to variations in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary.) For Recipe Purposes: 3 Tbsp approx. 1 large egg. 1/3 cup approx. 2 large eggs. 3/4 cup approx. 4 large eggs.
Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package.
