Usage and Helpful Hints: Second-Day Usage: Should you find yourself with leftovers, there are still many delicious uses. For starters, leftover bread can be used to make bruschetta, croutons or stuffing. Helpful Hints: Heat only what you plan to serve. Once sliced, store at room temperature with the cut side down in a paper bag. Microwave ovens are not recommended for heating bread.
