Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink 1 cup, preferably at bedtime.
Brewing Instructions: Bring cold water to a rolling boil. Pour 8 fl oz water over 1 tea bag and steep 10 to 15 minutes. Remove tea bag.
Warnings
Contraindications: Do not use if you ileus, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, colitis ulcerosa, appendicitis); abdominal pain of unknown origin; severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion. Do not use if you have known allergies to plants of the parsley (apiaceae) family, such as fennel. Do not use this product when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that continue over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before use. This product should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. Senna may produce abdominal pain, spasm or passage of liquid stools. Not recommended for use with children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Notice: This product contain senna leaf. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain pain because senna leaf may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
