Classic American cookware. Durable. Natural non-stick. Pre-seasoned. All-purpose versatility: searing; frying; cooking; baking; grilling; camp fire. fareastbrokers.com. Made in China.
Directions
Care/Cleaning/Storage: To maintain your cast iron property. Do not wash in a dishwasher or use harsh detergents, which will remove the seasoning. Instead soak in hot water and scrub with a plastic scouring pad or nylon brush. Do not use any metal materials, steel wool or abrasive pads, to get residue out because this can damage your cookware. Dry thoroughly right away to prevent rusting and apply a thin coat of oil prior to storing. With first time use until seasoning is built up, use a little bit extra oil prior to storing. Use only wooden, plastic coated, or silicone cooking utensils. Metal utensils or sharp instruments can damage the finish. Always store in a dry place. If you see small amounts of rust not to worry, this can occur if seasoning is removed or exposed to moisture. Simply scrub the area with a plastic scouring pad or nylon brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Apply oil to the area to prevent it from rusting again. For larger amounts of rust you will need to restore it with these easy steps: 1. Use a nylon brush to remove rust and wash with hot water and soap, then dry. 2. Coat the entire surface (inside and out) with a thin layer of oil. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with item upside down with a aluminum foil underneath it. 4. Turn off the oven and let cool in a dry place. Repeat processes if necessary. Notice: Wash and dry by hand only.
Warnings
Caution: Never slide cookware on glass or ceramic cook tops. Do not place directly on counter tops. This product will get hot and can cause serve burns. Use an oven mitt when using this product. Do not use in the microwave.
