Directions
Frying Pan: Put the deep frozen fish in a pan with hot oil. Fry at medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Turn fish over several time. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees F. Please ensure food is cooked thoroughly to a minimum core temperature of 165 degrees F before serving. These instructions are guidelines only; cook times may vary depending on oven or air fryer model. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Oven: Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 450 degrees F. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. Put the fish sticks onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Turn the fish sticks once after 10 minutes. Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil. Although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Keep frozen. Storage: Store in a freezer at 0 degrees F or cooler. Important: Must be kept frozen to maintain safety. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
