Directions
Step 1: Fill a clean Dole® Mixing Bucket with cold tap water to the one gallon line indicated on the bucket.Step 2: Whisk in the contents of one bag of Dole® Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.Step 3: Add additional cold water to bring the mixture to the two gallon line indicated on the bucket and stir well, about 30 seconds.Step 4: Immediately pour the mixture into the soft serve machine or cover the bucket with the lid and store in the refrigerator.**FDA requires product temperature to reduce to 41oF within 4 hours and remain at or below 41oF.Yield: Number of 1/2 (91g) prepared servings per bag: About 89.

Note: A volume amount of 1/2 level cup, weighing 91g, of frozen prepared product is based on 40% overrun. Depending on the amount of overrun your soft serve machine is set up for, a 1/2 cup of prepared soft serve may weigh more or less than 91g and will affect the number of servings.
