Ingredients

Unsweetened Chocolate, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Extract, Soy Lecithin.

Directions

Chocolate Melting Instructions: Stove Top: Place chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted. Microwave: Heat chocolate in a microwave safe container at medium power (50%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating at 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Store in a cool and dry place.

    These are the best chocolate chips for chocolate chip cookies! In use them with the Cook's Illustrated Perfect recipe. These chips are a bit more expensive but worth it for the quality once in a while!

My kids and I baked very often or favorites is home made banana bread, we always add chips and have been using these dark chocolate ones. They taste amazing in banana bread but would work in literally anything that calls for chocolate chips. You could easily melt this down for holiday chocolate or a drizzle on top of cookies ice cream etc.
