Next, we load our Next, we load our heritage pepperoni, made from premium pork and lean cuts of beef, along with our family-recipe sausage, sliced green peppers, red onions, portabella mushrooms and a sprinkle of oregano & romano. Carefully slide pizza off the circle directly onto the oven rack. (3) Bake 12-17 minutes or until cheese and crust are golden brown. Let pizza cool a few minutes before cutting. Serve and enjoy! Caution! Use care when handling hot freshly baked pizza from your oven. Let pizza stand 5 minutes before enjoying. Pizza must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F for food duality and safety. Do not thaw pizza before baking. Do not eat pizza without cooking. Pizza is done when cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
