Jackfruit, Water, Soy Flour, Coconut Oil, Dehydrated Apple, Natural Flavor, Canola Oil, Vinegar, 2% or Less of: Spices, Sea Salt, Cultured Celery Powder, Cherry Powder, Garlic Powder, Citrus Fiber, Methylcellulose (Plant Fiber), Onion Powder, Brown Sugar, Fruit and Vegetable Juice (Color), Veggie Casing (Alginate, Guar and Konjac Gums), Contains: Soy.
Directions
Grill: Grill over medium-high heat, turning regularly for 3-5 minutes. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Saute over medium-high heat in 1t of vegetable oil, turning regularly for 4-6 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. Remember to let food sit for 2 minutes before serving.
Perishable: Keep refrigerated.
After opening package, serve within 3 days or freeze up to 4 months.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
