Let's get started! 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line pans (fills two 9 inch pans, two 8 inch pans, one 13 inch x 9 inch pan, or makes 24 cupcakes). 2. Prepare: Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk together until incorporated. Scrape bowl. Divide batter evenly between pans. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. Use the average times below or until your toothpick comes out clean from the center. For best cake results, do not open your oven for the first 25 mins. Pan Size: 8 inch pan; Bake Time: 27 - 33 min. Pan Size: 9 inch pan; Bake Time: 25 - 28 min. Pan Size: 13 inch x 9 inch pan; Bake Time: 30-35 min. Pan Size: Cupcake pan; Bake Time: 18-22 min. 4. Let cool completely before frosting. You Will Need: 4 eggs; 1 cup vegetable oil (we recommend sunflower); 3/4 cup water; Buttercream frosting.
