The right amount of gummy bear-like squishiness. The bad: I couldn't get past the taste. It's like a mellow grape flavor (which is good) that turns into grape cough syrup and finishes with a sawdust-y "vitamin" aftertaste. I was so disappointed.

This product is too sweet - tons of extra sugar in the bottom of the bottle too and the gummies are overly sweet. Sugar & tapioca syrup are the 2 first ingredients, so I don't think I'm getting any major benefit from taking this product. Just feels like I'm eating some gummy candy, not really something that is aiding my immune system. The elderberry taste is just okay - nothing special. The entire gummy taste rather artificial and imitation-ish - also has a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. The gummies are a bit too large and I dislike taking the recommended 2 of them per day. It's too sweet and they're too big and thick for my taste. I do appreciate that the gummies claim no color added & no artificial sweeteners. Still, not something I'm interested in purchasing at all.
