Keep frozen. Preparation: To Thaw: For best results, thaw Salmon fillets in a covered pan in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. For quicker thawing, place fish in airtight bag or its original packaging and submerge in a pan of cold water. Quick thawing can also be done in the microwave according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not thaw fish at room temperature. Do not refreeze. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place thawed fillets in buttered baking dish and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Broil: Place fillets 4 inches from heat. Broil 3 to 5 minutes. Do not turn. Saute: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season thawed Salmon fillets with pepper, salt, and garlic powder, and place in hot skillet. Cook approximately 2 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily. Microwave: Place thawed fillets in a microwave safe baking dish. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Cook on high for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking. Let stand for 3 minutes.
