      Stella Rosa Black Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto from Piedmont Italy. The grapes are harvested pressed centrifuged and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry blueberry and raspberry. During the fermentation process the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine's natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine's inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass pour over ice or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural fruit-forward cocktail. Each elegant 750ml glass bottle contains 4 servings. Indulge in the essence of Italy with every sip of this remarkable wine.

        Last weekend I asked my husband to grab me a bottle of Stella Rosa. He comes out of Walmart with this giant cute bottle of Stella Rosa Black. I absolutely love the bottle design for starters. Secondly, this is hands down the best wine I have ever had. The taste is great, not dry at all and doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth. Careful though, you’ll want to finish the bottle in one sitting and I think we all know how them wine hangovers go.

         I love Stella Rosa.  But this is the first time trying Stella Rosa black. I did read the ingredients on it but the first thing that I really tasted was the raspberry flavor like it’s a strong raspberry flavor. I know I have some other fruits and stuff but let me tell you this is a really delicious wine. Definitely recommend it.
