Mechanically Separated Chicken, Salt, Maltodextrin, Food Starch-Modified, Sugar, Dried Acid Whey, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Natural Flavoring, Oleoresin Paprika.
Directions
Refrigerate after opening. For 1 cup stock or broth use 1 tsp base and 1 cup water. For 1 quart stock or broth use 4 tsp base and 1 quart water. For 1 gallon stock or broth use 1/3 cup base and 1 gallon water. For 5 gallons stock or broth use entire container base and 5 gallons water. Bring water to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in base; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. For 1 pint quick gravy use 2-1/2 tsp base; 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose; 1/4 cup cold water; 1-1/2 cup boiling water. For 1 quart quick gravy use 1-1/2 tbsp base; 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose; 1/2 cup cold water; 3 cups boiling water. For 1 gallon quick gravy use 1/3 cup base; 2 cups flour, all-purpose; 2 cups cold water; 3 quarts boiling water. For 4 gallons quick gravy use entire container base; 8 cups flour, all-purpose; 3 quarts cold water; 3 gallons boiling water. Blend base and flour together. Gradually add cold water, mixing until smooth. Add boiling water, stirring until smooth. Bring to gravy to a low boil, season to taste and serve.
