Directions
In Each 30 mL Dose Cup: Directions: Do not take more than directed. mL = milliliter; fl oz = fluid ounce. Use only enclosed dosing cup designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device. Take only one dose per day (24 hours). Peel for more drug facts. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 30 ml at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children Under 12 Years: Do not use.
Warnings
Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, difficulty in urination due to an enlargement of the prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. When using this product avoid alcoholic beverages, drowsiness will occur, do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery. Do not use for children under 12 years of age, with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin, with other drugs that cause drowsiness such as antihistamines and nighttime cold/flu products, with other nighttime products. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: taking more than directed can cause serious health problems. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
