Enriched Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Whole Wheat Flour, Poppy Seeds, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Natural Flavors, Baking Powder (leavening) (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Canola Oil, Salt, Citric Acid, Lemon Juice Solids.
Directions
Muffin: What You Need: Baking mix (included); 1 single-serve container (5.3 ounces) or 2/3 cup plain or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt (regular yogurt can be substituted, but will lower the as prepared protein amount to 3 grams); 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup oil such as Mazola Corn Oil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners or spray with cooking spray; set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a spoon. Stir until mixture forms a batter, about 50 to 60 strokes (Or, mix 30 seconds at medium speed with an electric mixer, scrape down sides, then mix for an additional 30 seconds). Spoon batter evenly between prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Removes from muffin pan and serve. Enjoy. - Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
