Cooking Instructions From Frozen: Conventional Oven: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Convection Oven: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-18 minutes. Air Fryer: Line basket with foil. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 11 to 14 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Note: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline. Reference air fryer instruction manual. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F minimum.
