      Sugar, Tapioca Syrup, Water. Contains <2%: Annatto Seed Extract (color), Citric Acid, Fruit And Vegetable Juice Concentrates (maqui Berry, Purple/black Carrot) (color), Natural Flavors, Organic Turmeric Rhizome Extract (color), Pectin, Sodium Citrate.

      Directions

      Suggested Use: For children 4 years of age and older: Thoroughly chew one (1) gummy daily with food. Do not exceed suggested use. Not to be administered without the supervision of an adult.

My kids tried these gummies and really enjoyed them. I personally tried one just to see what they were like and I absolutely loved that they weren’t super super chewy and sticky (didn’t stick to anyone’s teeth). My boys really liked switching up their nightly vitamins to this one. I also appreciated that they have the sugar-like crystals on the outside so they don’t all stick together, making retrieval seamless. I would definitely recommend these!

These are non gmo, no artificial colors or flavors no sweeteners and no high fructose corn syrup. Also gelatin free, the first ingredient is sugar and the second ingredient is organic tapioca syrup. One package has 110 gummies. They are recommended one gummy daily with food. The flavors are tropical punch. My daughter does not like to take gummy vitamins, but she did actually enjoy the taste of these. The only reason for 4 stars is the first ingredient being sugar, but it’s only 1 gram of sugar and 5 calories so it’s not that bad. Other than that I think it’s a great way to get my kids to take their vitamins.
