Details

Extra Virgin cooking oil made from mature, mid-season olives that yield a more mellow flavor. Use it every day, in every way.

Harvested in November and December, when the olives are more mature. They’re pretty laid back by this point, so it only takes a few shakes to get them off the branch.

If you would put it in or on top of an oven, use sizzle. Chicken Cutlets, Sheet Pan Veggies, Fried Rice, or even Chocolate Chip Cookies! You name it, Sizzle sizzles it.

Use me for: A sheet pan with veggies. Your eggs in the morning. The grill with a juicy steak. Or mushrooms if you're not that. A beautiful olive oil cake. Right into a super hot pan. A whole fish to roast. A big bowl of fried rice.

    If I ever had to think about (As right now), I would have to say I love this oil. It doesn't bother me. It sits there in the dark waiting for me to open the pantry door and take it out and pour it in the pan/bowl/whatever, and as far as I can tell, inserts no taste of its own to mess with whatever delicious stuff I'm making. Because I'm using it up so fast, I don't have a chance to test whether it will get rancid sitting on the shelf. So--since you asked, I highly recommend it--simply because I don't have to think about it.
