      Ingredients

      Mix (sugar, Bleached Enriched Wheat Flour [bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Cocoa [processed With Alkali], Palm Oil, Less Than 2% Of: Wheat Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Artificial Flavor). Fudgy Pouch (sugar, Palm Oil With Green Tea And Rosemary Extract As Anti-oxidants, Alkalized Cocoa Powder, Soy Lecithin).

      Directions

      Easy Prep Recipe: Ingredients: 1 Large egg; 1/2 cup melted butter; 3 tablespoons milk. Do not eat raw batter. Directions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of pan with Pam Cooking Spray. Knead fudge packet 15 times before opening to soften. 2. Mix: Stir brownie mix, egg, melted butter, milk, and contents of fudge packet together in a large bowl until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into greased pan and bake immediately. 3. Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven following chart below. Add 3-5 minutes for glass pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving. 8 inch x 8 inch pan 32-35 min; 9 inch x 9 inch pan 24-27 min. High Altitude: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir 1 egg, 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon melted butter, 4 tablespoons milk, and 2 tablespoons flour into brownie mix. Bake 8 x 8 inch pan 32 to 37 min; 9 x 9 inch pan 24 to 26 min.

        I used two packages and baked them in 13x9 pan. Baked for 30 minutes and they were perfect. I topped it with Dolly's Chocolate buttercream frosting. They were thick and fudgy, chewy, darn near perfect. The only thing I would add ( and it's just my preference) is some chopped walnuts to the batter. I believe it's the butter and milk instead of oil and water other mixes require that may make the difference, but they are seriously the best brownies! A++

        I really love these brownies. Everytime my mom goes to the store for me to bake a dessert, I ask her to get me these brownies. They can be salty if you use salty butter, if not they shouldn't be salty. I use unsalted butter and I don't think they're too salty at all. I REALLY love them and would recommended. They have a nice density and texture. Great flavor too!

        I’m not a brownie person. I’ve made them from scratch and also have used various boxed versions. My family enjoys eating them, so I dutifully make them now and then. This brand was on sale, and I’ve always admired Dolly so I bought it. Good Golly, Dolly!!!!!!!!! They were SO, SO delicious!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely loved them!         I like the brownie mix but the plastic that holds the mix was not sealed properly so lots of mix went on the floor and counter when I lifted it out of the box.
