A medium bodied, silky-smooth flowing texture mixed with butterscotch-sweet taste mellows into a rich caramel toffee flavor. A spicy-dry, oaky intensity appears mid-palate. The finish is short and intense with a warming chili spice. Our 26 year old scotch is matured in refill American Oak casks.
