In 1909, Kazimierz Monkiewicz and his wife Helena emigrated from Poland to Chelsea, MA in pursuit of the American dream. In a small storefront they started making kielbasa by hand and soon began delivering it to
surrounding neighborhoods by horse drawn carriage. Kazimierz’ likeness and initials, “KM,” still live on in our logo and company name, and his values live on in our dedication to providing delicious, high quality meats.

Beef And Pork, Water, Corn Syrup, And Contains 2% Or Less Of Salt, Potassium Lactate, Flavorings (including Extractives Of Paprika), Dextrose, Sodium Diacetate, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Sodium Nitrite, In A Natural Lamb Casing.
Directions
Our Frankfurters are fully cooked. Just heat to 160 degrees F and enjoy! Grilling: Grill over medium heat, browning evenly on both sides. To preserve juices, use tongs. Serve on a grilled bun. Pan fry: Use medium heat. Cook 6-8 minutes. Turn frequently to brown evenly. Stove top: Bring water to a boil. Add hot dogs and reduce to a simmer. Heat 6-8 minutes. Microwave: Wrap hot dog in paper towel and microwave for 25-30 seconds (ovens vary). Add 10 seconds for each additional hot dog.
For kids: Cut hot dogs lengthwise, then slice into small pieces before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
For best quality: Purchase and use by date on package. After opening package, serve within 7 days. These hot dogs may be frozen up to 3 months if not consumed by date on package.
