Ingredients

Fire Roasted Corn, Soybean Oil, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Brown Sugar, Smoked Sea Salt, Spice, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.

Directions

No Hassle Prep: For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in microwave. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Place corn in a single layer on baking sheet. Corn will appear blackened due to the fire roasting process. 3. Bake in center of oven 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Serve and enjoy!

Chef Tip: Add a squeeze of lime and sprinkle cotija cheese to hot fully cooked vegetables for an elevated corn at home.

Keep frozen; do not thaw; cook as directed.

    Oh. My. Goodness. The flavor of this corn will make you think you've never actually had corn before. Not like this. It is so delicious, it revolutionized my cooking. Because of this corn, I no longer need to add any other seasoning to my chip dips. It is my favorite part of dinner burritos, it's is my favorite side. I look for any and all ways to incorporate it into my dining. Eat it alone or thrown it on anything and I guarantee, that dish will taste better.

    I don't understand why they would put soybean oil in this making it unhealthy. It's also too greasy. Unfortunately, they also added garlic and onions making it off-limits for people who cannot have FODMAPs. This would be much better if the only ingredient was corn. The Simple Truth brand of frozen roasted corn is much better and only has corn in it.

    This is certainly convenient, but be warned that it is oily. For some reason, Birds Eye has added 6 grams of fat (1 gram saturated) to each 2/3-cup serving. I found the resulting texture unpleasant. The 200 mg of sodium also seems unnecessary.
