Keep frozen; cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Ovens vary, cooking time and temperature may need adjustment. Microwave Oven: Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film cover over entree and beans. Microwave on High 5 to 7-1/2 minutes or until 160 degrees F. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes in microwave oven. Carefully remove tray and film cover as product will be hot; stir rice before serving. Microwave two meals a total of 8-1/2 to 11 minutes. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut and remove film cover from rice; slit film cover over entree and beans. Bake on Cookie Sheet in center of oven 25 to 38 minutes or until 160 degrees F. Remove Cookie Sheet with tray from oven, let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove film cover as product will be hot; stir rice before serving. Temperatures above 350 degrees F and/or failure to use a Cookie Sheet may cause damage to the tray, food, and/or oven.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
