Baking Instructions: You will need: 5 Tablespoons water; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 egg. 1. Place oven rack in lowest position; heat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray 10 or 12-inch round pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine pizza crust mix, water, oil and egg, in a medium bowl; stir about 30 strokes until combined and a smooth dough forms. 3. Press dough onto prepared pan. Generously prick dough with fork. 4. Bake crust in pre-heated oven for 8 minutes (directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary baking time may need to be adjusted). Remove from oven and top with desired pizza toppings, place back in the oven for an additional 7 to 10 minutes (directions developed using conventional ovens.
