Directions
HOT TAP WATER & MICROWAVE (1000W)| ready in 5-8 minutes
- Peel film from rice bowl, then heat on HIGH for 90 seconds. Mix well.
- Submerge frozen plant-based tuna package in hot tap water for 5 minutes. Place heavy dish on top of pack to keep submerged.
- Submerge sauce pack in same hot water for 1 minute.
- Remove both packages when fully thawed, add to rice bowl and mix well.
- Let rest to room temperature, then dig in!
DEFROST & MICROWAVE | ready in 5-6 minutes
- If pack is defrosted in fridge (several hours or overnight), peel film from rice bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
- Add both packets to the rice bowl and mix well.
- Let rest to room temperature, then dig in!
