Cooks from frozen. Freezer to oven. No thawing. Directions: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Turkey needs to be fully cooked. Oven: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove frozen turkey from outer package. Do not remove turkey from cooking bag. Place in a roasting pan with at least 2-inch high sides. 2. Cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of cooking bag. Place pan in oven allowing room for bag to expand without touching the oven racks or walls. 3. Bake 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until the thickest part of the inner thigh reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. 4. Let turkey rest about 10 minutes. Carefully cut open top of oven bag. Take care to avoid steam and juices, as they will be hot. Carve and enjoy. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Oven temperatures may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Helpful Carving Tips: 1. Remove the drumsticks first. Pull each leg away from the turkey body, exposing the top of the thigh bone. Separate the thigh bone from the turkey with a knife. Separate the drumstick and thigh by cutting through the connecting joint on a cutting board. 2. To slice the breast, make a horizontal cut at the bottom of the breast, as close to the wing as possible, going all the way to the bone. Then slice vertically, as close to the breast bone as possible, to this horizontal line. It's easiest if you remove the turkey breast to a cutting board for even slicing. Leftovers: Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of cooking. Use leftover turkey within 3 days.
