Heating Instructions: Microwave: Steaming in the bag: Do not pierce bag. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables for even heat penetration. Place unopened bag, directions side up, in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 - 6 minutes (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust time as necessary). This bag will begin to inflate during the cooking process, special vents will allow the steam to escape. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at the corners while taking out of the microwave. Open carefully to allow steam to escape and place contents on serving dish; drain if needed. Season to taste. Stove Top: Place frozen Garden Fresh Medley in 1/2 cup boiling water (salted if desired). Cover, bring to second boil and cook gently until tender 6-8 minutes). Avoid overcooking. Drain, season to taste and serve.
