Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Remove fillets from packaging before cooking. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fillets, seasoned side up, in a shallow metal baking pan lined with foil. 4. Bake uncovered 16 to 20 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended.
