Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Dehydrated Onion, Whey, Potassium Chloride, Natural Flavor, Dehydrated Garlic, Leavening (monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Celery, Blue Cheese (cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Butter, Modified Corn Starch, Disodium Phosphate, Reduced-lactose Whey, Turmeric Oleoresin (color), Annatto Extract (color), Sodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid.

Preparation Instructions: Oven Directions: Heat: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine: 2-1/4 cups boiling (Use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance) water, 2 Tbsp butter, and 1/3 cup 2% milk, cream sauce mix and potatoes in a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake: Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until top is light golden brown and potatoes are tender (If you would like the top more golden brown bake 5 minutes longer (potatoes will be softer)). Stove-Top Directions: Heat: Heat potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/4 cups hot water, 2 Tbsp butter and 1/3 cup 2% milk to boiling in 2 quart saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer: Reduce heat; cover and simmer 11 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick as you'd like. (Sauce will thicken as it stands.) Microwave Directions: Stir: Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/2 cups hot water, and 2 Tbsp butter, and 1/3 cup 2% milk in a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Heat: Microwave uncovered on high 8 minutes, stir. Microwave on medium (50% power) 6 to 12 minutes longer, stirring after 6 minutes, just until tender. (Dish will be hot). Sauce will thicken as it stands. Note: Cooking time is approximate because microwave ovens vary. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase hot water to 2-3/4 cups and microwave time on medium to 8 to 14 minutes.
