Peanut butter triangle snacks: 4 cups stater bros. Honey oats & flakes, 2 cups miniature marshmallows, 3/4 cup toffee baking bits, plain, or milk chocolate, 2/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil; Spray with vegetable cooking spray. Combine cereal, marshmallows and brickle bits in large bowl; Set aside. Microwave sugar, corn syrup and butter in medium microwave-safe bowl on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes* or until mixture comes to a rolling boil. (or, bring sugar, corn syrup and margarine to a rolling boil in small saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat). Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir quickly and thoroughly with rubber scraper until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour into prepared pan; Press down firmly with scraper. Chill 1 hour. Lift from pan using foil; Remove foil. Cut into 16 squares; Cut each square in half diagonally to form a triangle. Store in airtight container. *due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking time is approximate. Makes 32.
