Gluten-Free Brownies: Ingredients: 1 box Our House Gluten-Free Brownie Mix; 10 tbsp butter at room temperature (or vegan shortening/butter (For Vegan Brownies, mix flax meal and warm water in large mixing bowl; let sit for 5 minutes. Add vegan shortening/butter and vanilla to flax mixture; cream together for 2 minutes. Add brownie mix and baking soda; mix on high for 4 minutes. Bake 30-45 minutes and let cool completely before cutting)); 2 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract; 3 large eggs at room temperature (or 3 tbsp flax meal + 9 tbsp warm water + 3/4 tsp baking soda (For Vegan Brownies, mix flax meal and warm water in large mixing bowl; let sit for 5 minutes. Add vegan shortening/butter and vanilla to flax mixture; cream together for 2 minutes. Add brownie mix and baking soda; mix on high for 4 minutes.
