Preparation Instructions: Do not consume raw batter. You will need: 2 eggs. 2/3 cup oil. 2/3 cup lukewarm water. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of two 9 inches round cake pans (For a thicker, one layer cake, pour all batter into a 9 inches round cake pan bake 36 to 40 minutes). Combine simple truth organic gluten free chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, and lukewarm water in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed to moisten, then increase speed to medium high until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18 to 22 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing cakes from pans. Cool completely before frosting. Use organic ingredients when available.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
