Keep frozen. Cook frozen. Microwaveable.
Cooking instructions (cook frozen):
1. Preheat skillet 350 degrees F (medium-high).
2. Add frozen Murry's chicken steak to skillet.
3. Turn several times and gently break-up chicken steak while cooking.
4. Chicken steak will be all white when fully cooked.
Microwave instructions (cook frozen):
Due to differences in power and efficiency, cooking times will vary.
1. Place frozen Murry's chicken steak on microwaveable dish.
2. Cover dish and microwave on high for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3. Chicken steak will be all white when fully cooked.
