Preparation: Pour out desired portion. Close bag and seal with a rubber band or store in a resealable freezer bag and return to freezer. Caution (for oil preparation methods): Ice crystals may form on frozen food and can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully to hot oil. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a nonstick baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Turn fries and continue baking for 9-11 minutes, or to a light golden color. Deep fryer (It is recommended when using this cooking method to use a non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat oil to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fries in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes, or to a light golden color. Shake basket frequently for best results. Remove and spread on absorbent paper. Note: Cook to desired golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of cooking. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
