Easy Butter Chicken/Chana Makhani Recipe:
Brown 1.5lb/700gm bite-sized chicken thigh (or 2 cans chickpeas, drained) and simmer with 2 heaped tsp paste, 1 cup tomato puree and 1 cup thickened cream till cooked. Also great as a marinade or stir fry paste to make an Indian-inspired meal.
Ideal with cauliflower, chicken, tofu, chickpeas, paneer, vegetables.
