Ask your child's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for formula preparation. Depending on the child's specific needs, preparation will vary as prescribed by physician. Follow physician's instructions carefully. 1. Wash your hands, surfaces and utensils. 2. Add powder return dry scoop to can. 3 Can container shake well once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Storage: Once mixed, store container of prepared formula in refrigerator and feed to child within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened can at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Used opened can contents within 1 month. Mixing Guide: Dilution of 30 cal/fl oz (scoop yields 9.5 grams powder). Important: Mixing Instructions vary by flavor. Measure Water + Add Scoop(s) of Unpacked Level Powder Using Enclosed Scoop = Final Volume (approx.): 5 fl oz; 4 scoops (38 g); 6 fl oz. 7.5 fl oz; 4 scoops (57 g); 9 fl oz. For most accurate results ElenCare Jr should be weighed on a scale that reads in grams. When mixed as directed, makes approximately 62 fl oz of formula at 30 cal/fl oz. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
