These bacon strips have no nitrates or nitrites added and also have no artificial ingredients. This thick cut bacon is made from pork raised without any added hormones. Whether broiled, baked, or pan fried, Farmer John pork bacon is a great addition to any meal or snack. Directions
Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: To Pan Fry: Place slices of bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over low-medium heat to desired crispness, turning frequently. When done, drain bacon on paper towel. To Broil: Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Place separated bacon slices on broiler rack on pan 4 inches below heat, broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Separate slices and place on a shallow pan or rack 15-20 minutes. No turning or draining necessary. For best flavor, do not overcook. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
