How to Cook: Place 2-1/2 cups cold water, 1 cups freekeh, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp olive oil into a large lidded saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Pop the lid on. Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Check that all the water has been absorbed and grains are tender before serving. Ready in about 15 min.
