For all cooking methods, an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) must be reached. Cooking: Defrost before cooking. Preferred Cooking Method - Pan Fry: In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil or butter over Medium heat. Season fillet with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Microwave (from frozen): Season fillet with salt and pepper and place in a covered microwave safe dish. Cook fillet at 70% power for 4-6 minutes. - Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
