Corn Meal, Processed Wheat, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic.


Directions

Frying Directions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Fry fish or seafood for 3-5 minutes. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. Baking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 3. Wash fish or seafood with water, shake off excess water. 4. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 5. Place breaded pieces on baking dish, spray pieces evenly on top with non-stick oil for golden brown color. 6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, or to your preference. Broiling Directions: 1. Tips: For thicker coating, in a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg, mix thoroughly. Dip fish or seafood in this mixture and then follow breading and cooking directions above. Andy's fish breading can be used in meatloaf, and also to deep fry a variety of vegetables. Will bread 5-7 pounds of fish.
