Organic Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Organic Barley, Organic Wheat, Organic Flaxseed, Organic Quinoa, Organic Rye, Evaporated Sea Salt .

Directions

For delicious results, please follow our cook directions. And for easier and quicker preparation, try our measuring cup pouch!

Pour it:

Empty pouch contents into a 2 cup or larger microwave-safe bowl. Retain this pouch for measuring the water needed below.

Do not add hot water. Do not add boiling water. Make in microwave only.

Fill it:

Use the pouch to measure the amount of water needed (2/3 cup). Cradle pouch in hand. Look inside pouch so you can see the fill line. Fill with cold water to top of fill line. Pour water into bowl and stir.

To reduce the chance of boil over, add milk after cooking for a creamier texture.

Cook it:

Microwave uncovered bowl on high for 2 minutes*. Carefully remove bowl. Stir to cool and blend. Enjoy!

Caution: Bowl may be hot! Protect hands when removing bowl from the microwave.

*Microwave ovens vary in power, so cook time may need to be adjusted.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
