Patties are too small to be called "patties"
Reviewed on May 27, 2024 by CodyFromChapelHill on banquet.com
I used to buy these all the time! But now the size has diminished so much, they're no longer patties. They are patti-ettes. I've switched to Smithfield.

Honey you shrunk the sausage patties!
    Reviewed on April 6, 2024 by Trishk59 on banquet.com
I bought these recently and was flabbergasted at hiw tiny they are. I had to cut a second one in half to fit on an english muffin breakfast sandwhich. Taste ok but disappointed.

    No taste
    Reviewed on March 12, 2024 by Mark44 on banquet.com
Saying the patties had no taste would be a compliment. All in the name of increasing profits with cheap ingredients. I’ve made sausage fresh and this isn’t even close. Ate 1 patty out of a 40 pack and threw the rest.smells a little better than it tastes. Will never buy so. Nothing changes from reviews over a year ago with same complaints. They don’t really listen or care

    Teeny tiny patties
Reviewed on February 13, 2024 by Happy apple on banquet.com
Have not bought these in a while but wanted to make sausage biscuit sandwiches. These size of these has decreased a lot, while the price went up 50 percent. They are like little sausage coins and too small for any biscuit. Shrinkflation + inflation. Ugh. Won't bother buying these again.

THESE ARE NOT THE "ORIGINAL" Brown/Serve
Reviewed on February 1, 2024 by Alan H. on banquet.com
Why didn't I read these reviews before going to the store and buying several boxes of them? Going on the fact that every review mentions changes in this product, some written 4 yrs ago. If you change what the sausage is made from, plus make them smaller, why do you call them "original"? Dishonest and a trick! You won't see me buying these ever again.

    Turkey sausage Pattie’s
Reviewed on January 24, 2024 by Danone on banquet.com
Seems this item can only be purchased in small boxes, not bags. Why not ? I would pay a fair price for the bags.convenient is key. Don’t especially like the links.

    Flavor has changed
Reviewed on November 27, 2023 by LaurenElizabeth on banquet.com
I'm not sure what happened over the last month or so, but it seems as though the flavor of the original Brown 'N Serve Sausage Patties has completely changed. They are super bland now, no more maple or pepper flavor. I have to season them myself now. Hopefully they change back to the original recipe/seasonings soon.

I always get these when they go on sale and they're so easy to make. I can't wait to get these again. It doesn't take long to make and they'rereally good too.

    Dinky Patties...Not original
    Reviewed on November 10, 2023 by Jamie1047 on banquet.com
These patties are quite small not like they used to be as I recall. They weigh just over 3/4 of an ounce and are about 1 1/2 inches in diameter good for a snack cracker.

What is soy protein extract doing in pork/turkey
    Reviewed on October 22, 2023 by Bhuptel2022 on banquet.com
What is the protein source of ~11% protein in these patties. I thought coocked pork and turkey average protein content is about 25%. What percentage protein comes from soy protein extract in these patties.

Horrible since they changed the recipe and size.
    Reviewed on July 21, 2023 by Jo2023 on banquet.com
I must agree with all of the 1 star reviews. I wish I knew about the changes before I purchased the 40 count size bag. They should have left the patties the larger yet skinnier size. Now you need multiple for one sandwich and they are too thick. The taste is awful and tastes like a sponge. Also a very bad move taking away the resealable bag! I definitely will not be buying these anymore and I have been buying them for many many years. Fix it back or you will continue to lose customers.

    Supermarket Shrink Ray strikes again!
    Reviewed on June 12, 2023 by Alan1012 on banquet.com
I haven't had Banquet sausage patties in several years, since well before the pandemic. Now, as I look at these roughly half-dollar sized patties, it's clear and disappointing that the dreaded shrink ray has shrunk these "Banquet" sausage patties. Flavor is still good, though I sense the proportion of cheap fat even further outweighs that of meat. Size of the sausage is a sign of the times, sadly.
