Every year Stubb spent time in New Mexico, where he developed a love of green chiles and Southwest flavors. Share that love with family and friends with this Hatch Green Chile Cookin Sauce. This sauce works best with chicken, but can also add great flavor to pork or beef.

Finishing Sauce: Water, Hatch Green Chile, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Salt, Brown Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Jalapeno Pepper, Contains Less Than 0.5% Of: Garlic, Lemon Peel, Onion, Orange Peel, Xanthan Gum (thickener), Natural Flavor, Corn Starch, Spices (including Cumin, Oregano),. Directions
SLOW COOKER WHAT YOU NEED: 1.5 lbs. of chicken breast and tortillas 1. Rub chicken with Spice Pack. 2. Place in slow cooker and pour in Cooking Sauce. Cover on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours. 3. After cooking, drain liquid from slow cooker and shred chicken with forks. 4. Pour in Finishing Sauce over chicken and heat on low for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas). Skillet: What You Need: 1.5 lbs. of chicken breast, olive oil and tortillas 1. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat on medium heat. 2. Dice chicken and add to skillet. Shake Spice Pack over chicken. 3. Pour Cooking Sauce over chicken and cover, stirring occasionally until chicken is done*. 4. Uncover, pour in Finishing Sauce and simmer on low. Serve with your favorite extras (see below for ideas).
