Microwave: 1. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 4-1/2-5-1/2 minutes (Appliances vary, Heating times are approximate). During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1-2 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove the bag from microwave, avoiding steam. Tear bag open along top of package. 4. Pour into a serving dish and enjoy. Stove Top: 1. Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. 2. Place on stove top to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally, Drain; season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165°f. Thawing: do not thaw vegetables before cooking.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
