        Used this brand for years and made many cheesecakes. You've slowly included more and more additives so that my cake is a rubbery mess. The cheese did not release from the foil packaging and looked like wallpaper paste. It used to be a solid brick with yummy, cheesy flavor. What's happened to my favorite Organic Valley brand. PLEASE bring back the solid cream cheese bricks.

        Being from the East Coast, that cream cheese from Pennsylvania is the only one we bought. Not sure how I ended up with a tub of Organic Valley spread, but I was 100% disappointed. Expiration date is January 2024, but it was like a tub of fine cottage cheese. I like cottage cheese, but not when I'm looking forward to a bagel with real cream cheese and salmon. Just reinforced what I knew. Unfortunately, like American processed cheese, spreads are not good.

        Not bad,would give it 5 starts if the gum was able to be taken out of it. there are a few other brands that have it taken out but I love how your animals are pasture raised. really dont want to switch products for something that appears can be taken out.
