Serving for 1: 1/4 cup of bear mush, 1 cup water, dash salt, 3 min microwave times. Serving for 2: 1/2 cup of bear mush, 2 cups water, dash salt, 6 min microwave times. Serving for 4: 1 cup of bear mush, 4 cups water, 1/4 tsp salt, 12 min microwave times. Microwave: Place ingredients in a narrow, tall microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave on high for the minutes above, or until desired consistency. Stove top: 1. Add bear mush cereal to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, or until desired consistency. (For thicker bear mush, decrease water. For thinner bear mush, increase water. Bear mush waffles: 1 1/2 cup arrowhead mills bear mush, 1/2 cup arrowhead mills stone ground whole wheat flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. hain sea salt (optional), 1 cup milk, or westsoy soymilk, 1 egg beaten, or egg substitute. 1/4 cup hain canola oil, 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey. Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer. Bake on hot waffle iron until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown, or bake according to your waffle iron manufacturer's direction. Store in a cool dry place.
