      Ingredients

      Kosher Beef, Water, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Salt, Spice, Sodium Lactate, Paprika, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Garlic Powder, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Flavoring, Sodium Nitrite.

      Directions

      Heating Directions: Saucepan: Place franks in boiling water, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 7-8 minutes. Microwave: Heat 1 frank on high in covered dish with 1/2 cup water 1-1/2 - 2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Grill: Heat 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Heat to at least 165 degrees F.

      Important: Must be kept refrigerated to maintain safety.

        Hebrew National Beef Bun Length hot dogs is the only hot dog for me. Sometimes difficult to find at a reasonable price (but I will sacrifice elsewhere to get them). The flavor is great! I cook them spiral sliced in my air fryer to get (in my opinion) the perfect hot dog.

        I was wondering why I got sick the last few times I bought Hebrew National. Imagine my dismay when I read the ingredients and saw Hydrolyzed Soy Protein on the list and yet the label still says "no fillers". How is Hydrolyzed Soy Protein not a filler? The franks are sill good, but I am soy intolerant. So it looks like I'm going to have to look for another beef frank. :-(

        Grew up in New York so the kosher foods were plentiful! Hebrew National hot dogs is a summer favorite for cooking on the stove or, even better grilling outside. The best "dogs" around! Served with sauerkraut, onion sauce and brown mustard on a bun!!
