You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick seasoning mix; 2 cups chopped cooked chicken; 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided; 1 cup chopped tomato; 8 flour tortillas (8-inch). Assorted Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped avocado, salsa or sour cream. 1. Mix chicken, 1-1/2 cups of the cheese, tomato and seasoning mix until well blended. 2. Place 4 of the tortillas on 2 baking sheets. Spread chicken mixture evenly on each tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. 3.
